At Zpacks, we stand by the quality of our gear and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item is in new, unused condition, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is free of hair, dirt, or debris.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
